TRIGUN KAPOK MATTRESS

Every Brand Start from a Problem, we also started from the problem

One Mattress. Different Comforts. One Remarkable Idea.

It started with a simple question.

A customer walked into a bed maker and said:

“I want a soft mattress.
My husband wants a hard mattress.
But we want ONE mattress.”

One mattress.

Two people.

Two completely different comfort preferences.

At first, it sounded impossible.

How can one mattress be soft for one person and hard for

another?

My father told me about this customer request.

I didn't see it as a problem.

I took it as a challenge.

WE DIDN'T START WITH A MATTRESS.

We started with the customer.

Using Design Thinking, we went back to the real pain point.

We empathized with the customer.

What they were asking for wasn't simply a “soft mattress” or a

“hard mattress.”

They wanted different comfort experiences—within the

same bed.

That changed the question.

Instead of asking:

“How do we make a better mattress?”

we asked:

“Why should two people have to

compromise on comfort?”

THEN WE LOOKED BEYOND THE OBVIOUS.

We

explored the uncontested and unexplored boundaries of the mattress

market.

And one question triggered the next breakthrough:

“Why are mattresses designed around one

person's comfort choice?”

Most mattresses are selected as if there is only one

comfort decision to make.

But a bed is shared.

A husband may want one experience.

A wife may want another.

So why not design for both?

That question became the beginning of Trigun.

THEN WE STUDIED THE ENTIRE SLEEP EXPERIENCE.

When we mapped the customer experience journey, we discovered something even bigger.

It wasn't just about two comfort preferences.

There could be:

Different levels of comfort.

The challenge had doubled.

Then we created a prototype.

And gave it to a real test user.

We thought we had solved the problem.

Instead...

THE CHALLENGE TRIPLED.

The feedback revealed something deeper.

It wasn't simply about levels of comfort.

It was about:

LEVELS + LAYERS OF COMFORT.

AND THEN CAME AN UNEXPECTED IDEA.

During our sensory-experience discussions, we asked:

“How do people actually experience a mattress?”

Most

mattress designs focus heavily on:

Visual + Touch.

But we challenged ourselves:

What about the other senses?

Could a mattress experience involve the nose?

Could it involve the ear?

We explored it.

We experimented with it.

And finally, we made another important design decision:

Remove what doesn't meaningfully improve sleep.

Instead of adding unnecessary sensory gimmicks, we focused on improving the two experiences that mattered most:

**What you see.

What you feel.**

THEN WE ENGINEERED THE CORE.

At the heart of Trigun is natural, native-grade organic

kapok.

Around that natural core, we engineered:

18 layers of comfort change.

Not simply one surface.

Not simply one firmness.

But a carefully designed combination of layers and comfort

variations created to deliver a more adaptable sleep

experience.

This is where a customer question became a product philosophy.

And the mattress became:

TRIGUN

An Ultimate Sleep-Engineered Mattress.

WE DIDN'T BUILD TRIGUN TO BE “ANOTHER MATTRESS.”

We built it because an ordinary mattress could not answer an extraordinary customer question.

Soft or hard?

Why choose?

His comfort or her comfort?

Why compromise?

One mattress or two?

Why not one intelligently engineered solution?

THEN SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENED.

We didn't have to push Trigun into the market.

People started talking about it.

Customers experienced it.

They told others.

Others became curious.

And the story travelled through word of mouth.

That taught us something much bigger than mattress manufacturing.

A remarkable product doesn't always need

to shout.

Sometimes...

the customer becomes the marketing.

WHAT WE LEARNED

We started with a customer saying:

“I want two different comforts in one mattress.”

We

ended with a product that challenged the conventional way mattresses

were designed.

Don't start by asking what the market already sells.

The real lesson was:

Don't start by asking what the market

already sells.

Start
by asking:

“What does the customer wish existed?”

Because when you solve a problem that others have accepted as

normal...

you don't just create another product.

you don't just create another product.

YOU CREATE SOMETHING REMARKABLE.
